Loyalty Rewards Programme Terms & Conditions



This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions on our Loyalty Rewards Programme avaliable on our website www.dwagroup.shop, and other ordering web platform e.g. interactive price lists, quotes and order forms ("our site") to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products or Services from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Information about us

Our site is a site operated by DWA GROUP LTD. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 9735225 and our registered office UNIT 4, Queensway, Walworth Business Park, Andover, SP10 5LG. Our VAT registration number is 928832491.

 

2. Your Status

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:
2.1 You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
2.2 You are at least 18 years old

 

3. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the Loyalty Rewards Programme ("Programme") offered by DWA GROUP LTD. ("Company").
By participating in the Programme, customers ("Members") agree to these terms and conditions.

 

4. Eligibility

The Programme is open to all registered customers of DWA GROUP LTD.
Membership in the Programme is free and automatic upon registration with the Company.

 

5. Points Accumulation and Worth

5.1 Points are accumulated based on the net purchase amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and any other fees.
5.2 Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.3 Points are credited to the Member's account after the order is processed and payment is confirmed.
5.4 No points will be earned on purchases made using gift cards, vouchers, or other discounts.
5.5 Members earn points on eligible purchases made on the Company’s website.
5.6 For every £10 spent, Members earn 1 point.
5.7 Each point is worth £0.10, which can be redeemed at checkout. This works out to a 1% reward on purchases.

 

6. Redemption of Points

6.1 Points can be redeemed for vouchers directly through the Member’s account dashboard.
6.2 There is no minimum number of points required for redemption.
6.3 Points can only be redeemed on the Company’s website during the checkout process.
6.4 Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.

 

8. Points Expiry

8.1 Points are valid for 24 months from the date they are earned.
8.2 Unused points will expire and be removed from the Member's account after this period.

 

9. Customer Groups

9.1 Members are categorized into one of three groups: Bronze, Silver, or Gold Business Customer.
9.2 Group assignment is based on the Member’s total quarterly spending on the Company’s website.
9.3 9.4 Group status is reviewed and updated quarterly.
9.4 Discounts on selected products vary by group:

  • Gold Business Customer: Highest discounts on selected products.
  • Silver Business Customer:Substantial discounts on a wide range of selected products.
  • Bronze Business Customer: Great discounts on selected products.

 

10. Responsibilities

10.1 The Company is responsible for maintaining accurate records of points earned and redeemed.
10.2 Members are responsible for ensuring their account information is accurate and up-to-date.
10.3 The Company reserves the right to audit accounts and adjust points balances in cases of suspected fraud or error.

 

11. Guarantees and Warranties

11.1 The Company provides no guarantees or warranties regarding the availability of any specific rewards or discounts.
11.2 Rewards and discounts are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

 

12. Delivery of Rewards

12.1 Vouchers will be available for immediate use upon conversion from points through the Member’s account dashboard.
12.2 The Company is not responsible for any technical issues that prevent the redemption of points or vouchers.

13. Complaints and Handling Issues

13.1 Members can contact the Company’s customer service team via info@dwagroup.uk for any issues or complaints regarding the Programme.
13.2 The Company aims to resolve all complaints within 30 business days.

 

 

14. Termination of Membership

14.1 Members may terminate their membership in the Programme at any time by contacting customer service.
14.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate the Programme or a Member's account at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
14.3 Upon termination, all points in the Member’s account will be forfeited.

 

15. Our Right to Make Modification of the Programme

15.1 The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Programme, including the rate at which points are earned and redeemed, at any time without prior notice.
15.2 We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
15.3 You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order Products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before we send you the Order Confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within 7 working days of receipt by you of the Products).
15.4 Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on the Company’s website.

 

16. Acceptance of Terms

16.1 By participating in the Programme, Members agree to these terms and conditions.
16.2 Members may be required to indicate their acceptance of these terms and conditions by checking a box during registration or by continuing to use their account.
